How an order works

Who we supply: Repair workshops, rental fleets, dealers and importers. We do not sell to building owners or end users.
Matching: Every part is matched before it is priced: a photo of the old part, the size, the quantity, the port. We confirm the match in writing with our part code.
No Photo No Ship: No Photo, No Ship: All wear part dispatches require a clear bench photo of the worn part next to a tape measure (or written confirmation of a previously verified WPD code from an earlier photo match). Orders without photo verification will not be dispatched.
Fitment Guarantee & Waiver: Fitment Guarantee: Replacement wear parts are matched by physical dimensions and mechanical interface photos. If we confirm the match in writing from your clear bench photo and dimensions, but the part fails to fit your machine interface, we supply a free replacement in your next shipment, or issue a commercial credit note toward your account. Cash refund is strictly limited to verified seller wrong dispatch where items sent differed from the written proforma invoice specifications, and does not cover international freight or third-party handling. Cross-border return shipments are uneconomical; scrap risk sits with the seller on verified written matches, and with the buyer if unconfirmed or incorrect dimensions were provided.
Wrong fit: Covered under Fitment Guarantee above. Claims require the original photo thread and our written confirmation code.
Price: Quoted in USD for one shipment: the parts, the quantity and the delivery terms on the proforma invoice. There is no open list price. A proforma is valid for 14 days.
Delivery: Delivery terms and destination port/city are specified on each written proforma when issued: air courier or sea options as agreed for that shipment. Any DDP-style door delivery (duties/clearance prepaid) is arranged only when that service is available for the route — these terms do not claim a standing import/export license. Transit times are estimates.
Payment: 100% bank transfer (T/T) in advance. Sample dispatches are paid in advance, courier included.
Payment Reference · 付款附言: Payment Reference: In the bank remittance memo / 付款附言, please state the PI number (e.g. PI-WPD-YYYYMMDD-xxx) alongside any mandatory bank identification required by the remitting bank.
Lead time: Written on the proforma. Standard dispatch lead time runs from the date advance payment arrives in our account.
Claims: Report transit damage or manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the part and outer packaging. Accepted claims are replaced in the next shipment or credited.
Electrical Wear Parts: 24V bypass vacuum motors and solenoid valves are supplied as commercial replacements matched strictly by voltage, wattage, and intake/flange dimensions. All units are factory bench-tested prior to packing. Electrical items carry a 30-day functional replacement warranty from delivery (void if wet-scrubber motors are run on dry dust or incorrect system voltages).
Parts & Trademarks: Independent aftermarket wear parts, made in China. Not original equipment manufacturer parts. Brand and machine model names are referenced solely to assist fitment identification. No OEM affiliation or endorsement is implied.
